Interpolation
(Resolution in seconds)

For most analysis done by this program, it is very important that all data have the same resolution and be spaced at regular intervals. Interpolation ensures that this occurs. Set interpolation to 0 to disable this feature.
Range Filtering
(low value, high value)

Range filtering: Use range filtering to set the lower and upper limits of accepted data values. Any outside of the specidfied range will be discarded prior to interpolation. This can be used to eliminate outliers. Range input is in the form of range = low, high. Set low = high to disable range filtering.
Filter for Magentometers (nT):

Filter for Radars (m/s):
Polynomial Detrending
(degree of polynomial fit)

Choose degree of trendline polynomial fit.
i.e. fitDeg = 3 gives y = Ax^3 + Bx^2 + Cx + D
Set fitDeg = -1 to disable trend.
Hanning Window Frequency Filter
(frequency in Hz)

Frequency filtering. Use as a low pass, high pass, or band pass filter. Set a value to 0 disable that filter.
Low Frequency Cutoff (Hz):

High Frequency Cutoff (Hz):
Movie Frames

Use this option to create a separate plot for every time step. This is useful for making movies, but very space intensive. If it is not checked, only the plot of the last time step will be made.
